The Hanson Guest House is one of our newest homes in Pine Manor Estates. The Hanson has become a family-favorite for its open concept, family-focused layout. You'll find this house light, airy and contemporary in design.
There's nothing we love more at Pine Manor than bringing family and/or friends together to enjoy one another's company. The newly designed Hanson Guest House is perfect for just that very reason. The bright, open spaces invite you to simply come together, relax and enjoy one another's company.
The Hanson features two living rooms (one on the main floor and one upstairs), a dining room that seats 8, eat-in kitchen and sitting area, and an expansive backyard including a patio and hot tub. Each of the 5 bedrooms is elegantly appointed and equipped with modern amenities to make you feel right at home.
Among the bedrooms, the Monaco Master Suite features a unique, expansive sun room, two bathrooms and an office space perfect for working from your home away from home.

Summary: This property was wonderful and a short drive to the SIU campus. The property is in excellent condition, hot tub worked great, and it is in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice community lake. We visited too early in the season to enjoy the community pool, but it looks very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This place was gorgeous. We stayed with my parents (aged 76) and our kids (ages 14, 11 and 8) Hot tub was pristine clean. Everything was so pretty and nice. Would love to visit again. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of towels, etc in all the bathrooms. Such a beautiful place to stay.
